What items are not allowed in storage?

The following items are prohibited:

• Illegal substances

What are considered illegal items?

The following items are strictly prohibited and illegal to store:

• Illegal drugs or narcotics
• Stolen property
• Unlicensed firearms or weapons
• Counterfeit goods
• Hazardous or toxic waste
• Any other items prohibited by local or national law

Storing illegal items is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of the storage contract and notification to relevant authorities.

How often can I access my storage unit?

You can access your storage unit as often as you like during our operating hours (Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM), at no additional charge.

Do I need my own lock?

Yes, you will need to provide your own padlock. This ensures that you are the only person with access to your storage unit.
